Richard and Emma are very suitably qualified to provide the necessary support and to prioritise the key areas that CQC inspectors will be looking for. They sent a checklist to prepare for the visit, went carefully through all our files and policies, inspected the practice and followed up with a report and list of items that require attention. I have arranged a further visit in a few months to double check that we are (hopefully) fully compliant.  Their attention to detail was very impressive.
